1. Moroccan base
Company, contract, privacy and electronic-business processes are first structured around rules applicable to ClearlyHost in Morocco. International activity can trigger additional obligations.
2. EU / EEA
The GDPR can apply to providers outside the EU where goods or services are intentionally offered to people in the EU or their behaviour is monitored there. Consumer choice-of-law clauses cannot necessarily remove mandatory consumer protection at habitual residence.
3. United Kingdom
The UK GDPR can have extraterritorial application to targeted UK offerings. Consumer distance-selling rules may also require specific pre-contract information and cancellation handling.
4. UAE / Dubai
The UAE has a federal personal-data protection framework, while free-zone or sector-specific rules may also matter. .ae names are governed by aeDA/TDRA policies. UAE customers are therefore not treated as legally rule-free “international” customers.
5. Data transfers
The hosting and email services offered on this platform operate with ALL-INKL in Germany. Administration and support by ClearlyHost in Morocco may require access from Morocco. Such access and any other recipients actually used are documented separately. Hosting in Germany does not replace required CNDP procedures or assessment of other applicable transfer rules.
6. Tax, sanctions and local obligations
VAT, withholding, invoicing, sanctions, export-control, consumer and professional rules may vary by customer country and service type. Country profiles support the workflow but do not replace tax or legal review.
7. Disputes and jurisdiction
A B2B forum clause may be agreed where permitted. Consumer and other mandatory jurisdiction rules can override or limit such a clause. A documented complaint and settlement process may precede litigation.
