1. Ordinary termination
Notice period and term come from the individual order. The portal should acknowledge receipt with timestamp and reference. A termination should not fail merely because a technically unnecessary channel was not used.
2. Statutory withdrawal or cancellation
Depending on the country and contract, consumers may have statutory withdrawal or termination rights. Under Moroccan distance-selling rules, a period of 7 days may apply; it may extend to 30 days where the prescribed written confirmation is missing. An early start is handled only under the applicable legal conditions and with separately documented consent. Acceptance of general terms alone does not remove such a right. Mandatory rights under other applicable laws are preserved.
3. Custom development work
For websites, software and tailored work, completed or approved project stages may remain payable under the contract. Unperformed work is dealt with according to the termination reason and project terms.
4. Domains and third-party fees
Once a validly ordered domain registration, renewal or transfer has been performed, no additional voluntary return right is granted for that completed service. External fees actually incurred and disclosed in advance, and services already performed as agreed, may remain payable. This does not exclude statutory rights to a refund, withdrawal, termination or remedies for defects. Unperformed orders, billing errors and errors attributable to ClearlyHost are reviewed separately and corrected or refunded where required.
5. Refund processing
A refund that is due is documented with its reason and original order reference and processed within the applicable statutory period. The original payment method is used where possible. Issued records remain archived, and any required corrections are linked transparently. A chargeback does not replace assessment of the underlying claim.
6. Exit and data
Before deletion, the customer receives the contractually defined opportunity to export data. Domain transfers are handled separately and backups expire under the documented deletion cycle.
